Lucas Koziol is an immigration and registered patent attorney. He also has a PhD in physical chemistry, was a postdoc at a U.S. national lab, and worked as a researcher at a major energy company. He has published over 25 peer-reviewed scientific articles and worked alongside scientists from all over the world.
After obtaining his J.D. magna cum laude, he has prepared NIW, EB-1A, and O-1A petitions for researchers, engineers, and founders across chemistry, energy, materials, ecology, education, aerospace engineering, marine science, engineering, and computing.
A former international graduate student himself, he understands the complexities of immigration and works to help people make well-informed and strategic decisions.
Rosa Giambrone is a Colombian attorney with an L.L.M. from Seton Hall Law School in New Jersey. She has extensive experience working with a wide range of immigration matters, including employment-based immigration, family petitions, and asylum.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she helps provide personalized and accessible guidance to clients from diverse backgrounds.
